Air France had been great in dealing with customers. Their might be some circumstances when things get out of hand, but at least they can still manage to satisfy their customers in the end. With more than 8 decades of aviation experience, Air France can be considered as one of the veterans and professionals in this kind of field. More power to the French airline.
