Airfare.com Complaint

“I booked a flight through Airfare.com in mid December and was told the next day the airline company had changed my flight.  Airfare.com sent me an email asking if I was ok with the change which I responded with “No, please book me on the non-stop flight one day earlier.” After very little communication between the support staff ‘Kim’ and a error on her part I am still waiting for confirmation this change has been made.  I have written and phoned so many times I don’t know what else to do.
I am concerned the flight I want will be booked by the time Kim gets the job done and I have no idea what to do or what my recourse is.
I am hoping someone can help me and if not, at last my concern is noted for others to see.”
