That is actually because Belair Travel is the parent company of Red Tag. Moving forward, in this review, we’ll be checking on the credibility of Belair Travel and its services.
The Canada-based travel meta search engine has 11 other offices located throughout Ontario. They can’t, however, guarantee customers that price displays on their page won’t change. This has always been a problem with Belair Travel. Customers are mostly complaining about inconsistent price offering, which appears to be the reason why they gathered negative Belair Travel reviews. But before we check customer’s comments, let us see how Belair Travel works.
What is Belair Travel?
Bel Air Travel is a full service travel agency offering travel services for flights, hotels reservations, car rentals, attraction tickets and vacation packages with both a cruise and last minute sell off division. Since Belair Travel is a huge travel company, it has several other travel partners which include: Sunquest, Signature, Sunwing, and Transat. The aim of these extended partnerships is to bring value to the Canadian travel market with packaged vacations to the south and around the world.
Unlike other travel sites, it is said that Belair Travel service doesn’t only end with booking with them. Their Customer Care Agents will contact customers to review their booking. Why? To make sure everything is going accordingly as planned and paid for. This way will help travellers to assure their booking with no technical glitches or fraudulent actions happening to ruin their vacation. They are the only Canadian travel site that provides this kind of service.
However, this doesn’t seem the case with their consumers’ acknowledgement. As we checked on Belair Travel reviews, customers who used or booked with them don’t seem happy with their overall service.

For some reason, the reviews we read last week about the inefficiency of Belair Travel were suddenly gone without a trace. What were left were just positive reviews. These remaining reviews were even dated back to 2010. Free us from suspicion, but we are certainly sure that something is really going in here. Someone is trying to clean their trash and place it on one side, pretending they were never wrong. I hope reviewers who published those shared experiences won’t find this out.

For 14 years in a row, Belair Travel was recognized for Consumer’s Choice Award for Business Excellence, which totally contradicts what we just learned from Belair Travel reviews. They also promote “lowest price guaranteed” service. Wait what? Didn’t they just say they can’t guarantee prices? Something is definitely wrong here. We all know they were established 3 decades ago, but please at least upgrade or modernize their website’s layout. It doesn’t seem convincing to be one of the best travel sites in Canada.
