Directline Holidays Review

Managing your itinerary weeks before your flight is genius. Just like in war, always come prepared, they say that the best things in life are the unexpected ones, in some cases that might be true. Preparation and precision provides happiness, the only present downside is unexpected changes.

Directline Holidays offers great deals for vacation packages, pretty obvious given their name.

Meet Directline Holidays

The first name of the travel company was Holidayline (UK) Ltd. When it was sold in September, 2013 to Broadway Travel, the company decided to go with Directline Holidays.

Directline Holidays was founded in 1993 and is an independent and privately owned UK travel agent. To improve their service, the company adapted to the new media.

Directline Holidays online

The website was launched in 2000 as, the website URL was changed in 2003 to since the company is based in Croydon, England, UK.

The website is pretty straightforward, all you have to do is enter all the hotel features you want for your reservation, number of people, number of rooms and more. Discounted prices are shown on the homepage, so if one of those hotels is near your destination, then it’s your lucky day my friend. A top destinations list is also presented to show customers the most visited vacation destinations around the world.

Directline Flights

fLZCAIa is a separate website for cheap flights deals. Directline sees to it that all of the travel services will be provided by them. Booking flights is a lot easier than booking hotel reservations, first enter your preferences, choose the flight that suits you and then book it. Managing your booking is also available on their website.

Customer Service

Directline has a live-chat support and a customer concern submission function. They also have a separate phone line for sales and customer services. They don’t operate 24 hours a day, click here for their call centre opening hours.

Online Rating

Now that we have tackled how the company operates, let’s talk about the level of satisfaction they provided to their previous customers. On, the company was given a 3.6 out of 5 star rating.

On, they got a 4.9 out of 10 star rating. So the company is somewhere in the middle.

Their credibility regarding their price rates was also put into question, when customers were shocked to pay 60% more for rebooking their original “discounted” deals.

There are positive reviews defending the company to provide excellent service from admission up to the end. Their website was also complimented for being easy to handle and straightforward.

Well, looks like Directline Holidays managed to gain some loyal customers and loyal haters that are gonna hate, hate, hate.

According to their website, their company provides great a relief to travelers with their trusted deals and affordable price rates. They also say that their expert team helps everyone to experience their vacation dream.

The diversity of Directline Holiday is there, but the efficiency is still a little weak. With major improvements with the deals they offer and the credibility of each travel product, Directline Holidays may be one of the biggest travel companies in the world.

  1. I would recommend to all travelers to book with Momondo instead of Directline. It’s a matter of reliability. I’ve had several bad experiences with Directline.
