ExpressJet traces its root back to 1986 as Continental Express and was acquired by Continental Airlines (now United Airlines). The rebranding and incorporation held in 1996 changed it to ExpressJet Airlines, Inc. ExpressJet then became independent, and was headquartered before in Continental Center I. Initially, ExpressJet aircraft are the Twin Otter, Bandeirante, Dash 7, and Canadian regional jets (CRJ).
Now, ExpressJet’s main bases depend on their airline partners with American Eagle, Delta Connection, and United Express. The largest regional airline in the world has a total fleet size of 400 catering over 200 destinations worldwide with SkyWest as their parent company. The airline’s partners are members of all the three major airline alliances: OneWorld (American Eagle), SkyTeam (Delta), and Star Alliance (United). ExpressJet had already won several awards:

They even follow a customer service plan to fulfill their duties in providing outstanding customer service even when operational inconsistencies arise. The official website is not similar to other airline page because the main page mainly focuses on educating travelers about their company’s information and background. The option to navigate or switch page and/or section is shown at the top right, as Home, Passengers, Careers, Partners, Safety, and etc.
Once customers are on the passengers’ page, the option to book, manage or check flights and other airline services and policies are located at the bottom right of the page. In which, once you click the link, it will redirect consumers to the page of the designated airline partners. However, ExpressJet wasn’t mobile-friendly to have a mobile application.

Judging from various ExpressJet reviews, the American regional airline had gained a lot of achievements and acknowledgement from consumers and employees as well.
