Basically, it is pretty obvious what Ezeego1 means, a stylized way of saying “Easy Go” and the number one symbolized as the one-stop online marketplace. The online travel agency was founded and owned by Avtar Singh in 2014. Mr. Singh is also the same person who established Ezeego One Travel and Tours Ltd and registered with GoDaddy on October 22, 2005.
Now, let us dissect Ezeego1: language selector is interchangeable from English to Hindi and the customer service numbers are visibly shown on the top right. But if customers want a list of contact emails per category or concern, they just have to click at Contact Us.
To be honest, the layout of Ezeego looks like a modern or old kind of interface design. It only proves that the site doesn’t look forward to improvements. Top icons are showing flights, hotels, cars, sights, holidays, buses, cruises, business, forex, insurance, visa and destination. Some icons are functional but most of them are pretty much a display that will redirect you to the homepage.
There are three columns on the middle of the page showing an option to search and book flights, promoting latest deals and giving a list of best-selling holidays. However the bee holding a message saying “Today’s Deal Flat Rs.200 cashback” caught attention. How amusing that they didn’t try to put a scenic landscape as an attraction for the page.
Ezeego1 has a newsletter section like other travel sites, customers just have to type in their email address and hit subscribe to receive Ezeego1’s latest deals and package offers. If travelers want to get more ideas on a place they might want to look forward to, the later part of Ezeego gives several options to view top hotel destinations, best-selling holidays, cheapest flights and popular bus routes.
It took me time before I realized there’s a promotion showing on the right hand of Ezeego1 stating “Extra 7% Cashback Now”, looks like this travel site got lots of money to keep providing cashback services.
The Indian online travel agency, headquartered in Maharashtra, India, now has over 1000 employees. I wonder if these are just like dummy information or what, because even the founder and CEO’s picture and biography is nowhere to be found.
Ezeego1 was considered as a cheater. Based on most of the Ezeego1 Reviews, the travel website’s consumers keep sending them complaints, they even call them fraud. Here’s one of the most recent reviews published. He said Ezeego was the most pathetic tours and travel service without management skills and was even the most expensive deal. Ezeego1 spoiled their honeymoon and noted that they ended the review by saying “A really horrible experience with Ezeego? Never Go!”

Advice to Revise
Judging through other Ezeego1 reviews, the online travel meta search engine is an unreliable site. First of all, the inability to at least update their site’s layout and performance plus the fact about consumer’s complaints. I am now starting to think they are established to fool travelers by luring them and just getting money: scam. I am not trying to be rude but this is what I concluded after all the information and Ezeego1 reviews I read.
