Passengers are allowed to bring at least two carry-on baggage. The maximum weight baggage allowance for Porter Airlines is at 9 kg (20 lbs). The website is actually user-friendly though the background makes it formal. Don’t get us wrong, we love how unique the airline took that photography for the sake of their official website. It fits perfectly, plus the fact the page itself lets customers book hotel reservations too, not just flights.

  1. What a disappointment. Spending so much money on advertising and not ensuring customer satisfaction is a waste of your resources. Toronto is very sophisticated and smoothly operated. Some compensation should be offered more than a $12 luncheon voucher. I am very disappointed. Next time I will be driving to Windsor not flying Porter.
