Their official site is not as elegant as the airline sounds. RAM’s page is quite complicated to use, and the font size is too small to be understandable. However, to avoid language barrier issues, RAM was generous in changing their site’s version to 8 other languages starting from English. Even if the page is not that easy to use, RAM lets travelers book, manage, and check their flights and bookings. They also cater hotel reservations and car rental services.

Customers can also access the frequent flyer program, Safar Flyer. They provide newsletter services and direct access to their social media accounts. These options are found at the bottom part of the page. On a positive note, the national airline of Morocco has a mobile version of these services available in the App Store and Google Play Store.
