Starwood Hotels Reviews of Customers

Scanning through the most recent Starwood Hotels reviews, the online hotel search engine is really in bad shape with their customers. One  of the most recent reviews was actually from a consumer who was so pissed off when he said:

“This organization has such a tremendous bureaucracy and set of rules built around using their star options and refuse to take any responsibility for their ridiculous system. Their telephone clerks are robots and do not use any common sense when dealing with customers. As a result they literally stole 50,000 options from my account at the end of 2015. I will not buy any additional time from this vacation ownership and I am sorry I bought originally.” He gave Starwood Hotels a 1 out 5 rating.

Final Thoughts

You can’t really judge the book by its cover. I had to admit that Starwood Hotels’ interface looks dull and boring however reading different Starwood Hotels reviews makes me realize that this American online search engine for hotels and resorts really did a good job since 1991. Let’s see if they’ll do the same if flights are added into their search options.
