Who won’t be confused after searching for Sunwing? The primary thing that you’ll ask: are they a carrier or an online travel agency? Well, to give you an unspecific-specific answer, they’re actually both. Since the last time we discussed Sunwing, there were no genuine changes on their site. In any case, we entirely saw that their online travel webpage had marginally been upgraded. However, given the slight changes, Sunwing is still as popular as other Canadian-based travel sites. But first, let’s talk about how they started.
Sunwing traces its roots back to 2002 as a privately owned travel site by Mr. Colin Hunter. Until now, Hunter is the owner and founding President of Sunwing.ca and the established Sunwing Airlines in 2005.
They had once been Canada’s fastest growing and best organization in offering travel related services such as holiday packages from Canada to the Caribbean, Central America, Mexico, Europe, and USA. Carrying the company slogan “Experience the difference”, Sunwing had literally made a difference over the course of 14 years. Travellers and loyal customers are not happy with these changes and unaccommodated complaints.
Basically, Sunwing is your run of the mill Canadian-based travel site which gives clients a chance to pursue, think about and book for occasion bundles, flights, lodging reservations, auto rentals, and journey bundles. Sunwing also offers vacation for kids (which they call kidcations), families, groups, and weddings.
However, regardless of what we noticed about slight changes on the layout, it’s still not as good as the other updated or modernized travel sites. Some customers find it hard to navigate through Sunwing which makes them prefer booking with the other travel meta search engines.
Sunwing says “Trust the expert” but users are not even comfortable with them; as the court says they are guilty without reasonable doubt. Don’t believe me? Check these Sunwing Reviews…
After reading several Sunwing reviews online, we ended up with the most popular forum talk on TripAdvisor wherein the consumer named it “Hotel Beautiful, but Sunwing Vacations a Nightmare!!!”
In this forum, other consumers are exchanging blows of their negative experience and utmost complaints over Sunwing. And what’s worst? Sunwing didn’t make any action or acknowledgement over its customer’s frustration. Well, if you’ll ask me to book with Sunwing, I won’t dare to risk my travel plans with them too.

Advice To Revise
Sunwing might be better if they merged their travel site and airline, because these separated pages, but one owner keeps customers confused and doubtful about the overall legitimacy of Sunwing. Several other reviewers had really complained about Sunwing’s web page not being modernized and it makes them really anxious and makes them think that Sunwing is not well maintained and it just comes up with not booking with them at all.
